What is tribedoce for?
- Tribedoce® contains vitaminB1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) andvitamin B12 (hydroxocobalamin), intended totreat pathologies caused by the deficiencyof these vitamins in the muscles and nerve terminals of thecentral nervous system. (2)
- It is used to treat:
- Radiculitis and alcoholic polyneuritis.
- Peripheral neuralgia and facial neuralgia. (3)
- Peripheral neuropathies. (4)
- Myalgia and low back pain.
- Sciatica andtorticollis.
- Herpetic neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia and intercostal neuralgia.
Dosage and routes of administration of tribedoce
Tribedoce® comes as 5 mg, 50 mg and 100 mgtablets and solution for injectionin vials in 5 vials of 10 mg, 50 mg and 100 mg/2 mL with syringes.
The dosage and administration will depend on theevaluation of a doctor, however by way of information the dosage is as follows:
- Tablets in adults: Following the medical recommendation, 3 or 4 tablets daily before meals orally with water.
- Injectable solution in adults: One intramuscular injection every 24 or 48 hours at the discretion of the treating physician.

Treatment with multivitamin products such as tribedoce® can cause some of the following Adverse effects in certain patients :
- Allergic reactions to any of the components of tribedoce®.
- Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea .
- gastroduodenal bleeding,
- Dizziness, lightheadedness and headache.
- Vision disturbances and drowsiness.
- Vesicular eruptions, eczema and erythema.
- Arterial hypotension.
Important: If you notice the presence of any of these symptoms or one not present in the list during treatment with tribedoce®, stop using it and consult your doctor.
Contraindications and warnings of the tribedoce
The administration of tribedoce® is contraindicated in the following circumstances:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the components of tribedoce®.
- In patients with polycythemia vera (a type of cancer in the blood).
- History of bleeding in the digestive tract.

You should know: Before starting treatment with tribedoce®, it is recommended that you review your medical history with your doctor.
Avoid if you have:
- Early Leber’s disease.
- Medication with other drugs without consulting the doctor.
- Renal and/or hepatic failure.
Warnings:
- The use of this medicine during pregnancy and lactation is under medical criteria.
- It should not be administered to children under 12 years of age.
- This medication must be administered with a prescription.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Keep in a dry and cool place.
- Avoid self-medication.
