  • 1 unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 250 g of fresh cheese to spread (gluten-free)
  • 125 g milk cream
  • 3 tbsp gluten-free flour or cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 tbsp of sugar
  • Jam of preference
  • Juice of half a lemon
  1. Once all the ingredients to prepare the gluten-free cheesecake are ready , turn on the Thermomix and beat the fresh cheese to spread for at least three minutes.
  2. Add the previously beaten eggs and beat for 3 more minutes at speed 3 to fully integrate with the cheese. Add the Greek yogurt and the cream or milk cream, as the case may be, and continue beating.
