What is rogastril used for?

    • Gastroesophageal reflux.

Dosage and routes of administration of rogastril

The presentation of rogastril® is in tablets, with cinitapride acid tartrate equivalent to 1 mg of cinitapride. The administration is orally and the posology as a reference can be the following:

  • Adults: 1 tablet every 8 hours or three times a day, 15 minutes before each main meal.

Side effects of rogastril

Clinical data indicate that the therapeutic use of rogastril® may cause some of the following adverse effects in a certain patient population:

  • Possible allergic reactions due to patient contact with any component of the formula.
  • Spasms of the muscles of the face, neck and tongue in cases of excessive dosage.

  • During breastfeeding .
