Dosage and routes of administration of pharmaton
The presentation of pharmaton® is in the form of capsules that contain calcium , phosphorus , lecithin, biotin , riboflavin, selenium, iron , manganese, magnesium , vitamin B1 , vitamin A, vitamin B6, Ginseng G115® equivalent to 4% ginsenosides, acid folic , among others. The administration of this supplement is orally and the dosage as a reference can be the following:
- Pharmaton® capsule: The recommended dose is 1 capsule once a day, preferably in the morning at breakfast.
Pharmaton Side Effects
Data from clinical studies indicate that therapeutic treatment with pharmaton® may cause some of the following adverse effects in a certain patient population:
- Allergic reactions due to patient contact with any ingredient in the formula.
- Gastrointestinal upset such as nausea, stomach pain , vomiting , and diarrhea .
- Headache , dizziness.

Pharmaton Contraindications and Warnings
The use of pharmaton® is contraindicated in any of the following circumstances:

- People with hypervitaminosis A or D.
- Patients suffering from renal insufficiency and during therapies with high doses of retinoids or vitamin D.
- In children under 18 years of age.
- During the pregnancy period.
- During breastfeeding .
- Patients with galactose intolerance.

Avoid if you have:
