Nikzon® is a drug that is used as anauxiliary of great anti-inflammatory effectin the treatment of venous insufficiency, as well as in the restoration of the functioning of the gastrointestinal system.

What is nikzon for?
- Nikzon® belongs to the line ofanti-inflammatory drugs and phlebo constrictor, for the relief of certain conditions in the veins and intestine, in order torestore the health of patientsthanks to its components such as standardized extract ofRuscus aculeatus(2) root, Lactobacillus sporogenesand ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
- It is used to treat:
- Hemorrhoids.
- Varicose veins orvaricose veins.
- Imbalance of bacterial flora.
- Decreased intestinal motility.
- Noninfectious diarrhea. (3)
Dosage and routes of administration of nikzon
The presentation of the nikzon® is inchewable tablets, up to 180 per box. Theroute of administrationis oraland the dosage may be as follows:
- People over 18 years of age: 2 tablets before each meal, accompanied by plenty of water.
Nikzon Side Effects
Nikzon® treatment may cause some of the following side effects in certain patients:
- Possible allergic reactions due to contact with any component of the formula.
- Light gastric discomforts such as nausea, Vomiting or diarrhea.
- Gastritis, peptic ulcer and esophagitis .
Important: If you observe any of the symptoms described during treatment with this drug, stop using it and consult your doctor.
Nikzon contraindications and warnings
Treatment with nikzon® is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the formula’s components.
- Patients with renal failure.
- In patients with gastric ulcer.
You should know : Provide sufficient information about your health history to your doctor, before starting treatment with nikzon®.
Avoid if you have:
- Lithiasis (kidney stones).
- Intestinal obstruction.
Warnings:
- This product should not be administered to persons under 18 years of age.
- This medicine must be administered with prescription or medical prescription.
- Keep this product out of the reach of children.
- During pregnancy and lactation, the administration of this medication should be under medical supervision.
- This drug must be chewed so that its components dissolve.
