What is metafast?
Metafast® is a productthat works as a food supplement, made fromegg albuminpowder and zinc gluconate, whichhelps increase metabolism and thereby increase the body’s caloric expenditure.

What is metafast for?
- The metafast®favors the increase of the metabolism of the organism duringdigestion and consequently increases the expenditure of calories without the intervention of physical activity, thanks to the fact that it stimulates theincrease in the amount of digestion per day, in addition to giving an effect of satiety and providing the essential amino acids for the body.
- It is used to treat:
- Anxiety about eating.

Dosage and routes of administration of metafast
The presentation of metafast®is in capsules of 600 mg ina package of 45 capsules, which are indicated as follows:
- For children over 15 years of age and adults: One capsulethree times a day, the first fasting two hours before breakfast and the next two hours before the main meal (lunch and dinner) with half a liter of water.
Side effects of metafast
The use of metafast® pills may cause some of the followingside effects in certain people:
- Allergic reactions due to contact with any component of metafast®.
- Inflammation of the skin or hives.
- Rhinorrhea _
- Colic , nausea and Vomiting .
- Dry mouth, taste disturbance.
- Possible episodes of diarrhea .

Metafast Contraindications and Warnings
Metafast® is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug.
- Do not administer to women during pregnancy or lactation period.
- Do not administer to patients under fifteen years of age.
