What is Lysteda used for?

Dosage and routes of administration of lysteda

The lysteda® is sold in tablets with tranexamic acid in a concentration of 650 mg. The administration is orally and the dosage as a reference can be as follows:

  • Heavy menstrual bleeding: The established dose in women without kidney failure problems is two 650 mg tablets three times a day for a maximum of 5 days (menstruation period).

The use of lysteda® is contraindicated in the following cases:
