In my opinion, one of thebest ways to start the day is by taking afruitand vegetable smoothie on an empty stomach.

Personally, it is one of the habits that have benefited me the most.

Taking the smoothie on an empty stomach helps to awaken the digestive system and purify the body, in addition to providing nutrients at the moment, since it does not cost effort to digest it.

Ingredients (for 500 ml approx.):

1/4 toad skin melon

1 lime

1 celery stalk

Preparation:

We prepare all theingredients by washing, peeling and cutting them into small pieces (if we have a slow rotation blender it is important that the pieces are smaller).

Introduce the ingredients little by little in the blenderand wait for the juice to come out.
