Dosage and routes of administration of the compound espacil
The presentations of the espacil compound® are usually in tablets or capsules,with lysine clonixinate 125 mg and hyoscine butylbromide 10 mg. It is also soldin vials for mixing , one with a double blue band containing lysine clonixinate and another identified with a white band containing hyoscine butylbromide.
The route of administration according to its presentation oral, intramuscular or intravenous is and the informative dose can be as follows:
- Capsules: Depending on the intensity of the pain, a dose of one or two capsules can be administered every 6 or 8 hours per day.
- Injectable solution: Administer the mixture of one ampoule of each active ingredient intravenously or intramuscularly, every 6 or 8 hours.
Compound space side effects
Treatment with espacil compound® Can cause some of the following adverse reactions in certain patients:
- Allergic reactions due to contact with any component of the formula.
- Dilated pupils and blurred vision.
- Dry mouth and throat.
- Incrise of cardiac frequency.
- Nausea, Vomiting , dizziness and drowsiness.
- In the case of injections, pain and redness may appear in the application area.

Contraindications and warnings of espacil compound
The compound®space is contraindicatedin the following circumstances:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula.
- Patients with activepeptic ulcer.
- During the period of pregnancy andbreastfeeding.
- Patients suffering from prostatic hypertrophy with urinaryretention.
- In children under 12 years of age.

Avoid it if you have:
- History of hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients in the formula.
- History of Ménière’s Syndrome.
- History of peptic ulcer.
