  • In adults and children over 5 years of age: You can give2 capsules, every 6 or 8 hours, but without exceeding the dose recommended by your doctor. In syrup of 1 to 2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) every 4 to 6 hours.
  • In children up to 12 years: Taking into consideration the medical prescription, half a tablet every 6 hourswith water, taking care not to exceed the indicated dose.
  • In children 6 to 11 years of age: Ingest on average to one teaspoon (2.5-5 ml) every 4 to 6 hours of syrup.

Compound Chlorphenamine Side Effects

Treatment with compound chlorphenamine may cause in a certain patient population some of the following adverse reactions :

  • Urinary retention and muscle weakness.
  • Blurred vision and diplopia (double vision of an object).
