What is cobedine?
Cobedina® is the trademark of a synthetically manufactured combined medication that uses loratadine and betamethasone as active ingredients , two chemical compounds belonging to the line of medications with steroidal anti-inflammatory and antihistamine effects, which act on allergic conditions of different etymologies .

What is cobedin used for?
- Thanks to the combined action of its active principles, cobedina® generates an anti-inflammatory, corticosteroid and anti-allergic effect, being a potent antihistamine with non-sedative peripheral H1 receptor antagonist activity, for the relief of the characteristic symptoms of many allergic processes in the body . .
- It is used to treat:
- Severe symptoms of atopic dermatitis, angioedema, urticaria, seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. (two)
- Food and drug allergic reactions .
- Seborrheic dermatitis, neurodermatitis, allergic asthma.

Dosage and routes of administration of cobedin
The presentation of cobedina® is in the form of a box with tablets containing loratadine-betamethasone 5 mg/0.25 mg. Cobedina® is administered orally and the dosage as a reference may be as follows:
- Tablets: Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet every 12 hours.
Cobedine Side Effects

Contraindications and warnings of cobedine
The use of cobedina® is contraindicated in any of the following cases:
- Patient hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula.
- In patients with systemic fungal infections.
- In people suffering from prostatic hypertrophy.
- In patients with high calcium levels or urinary retention.
- In children under 12 years of age.
- During the pregnancy period.
- In breastfeeding .
